EPA's Lean Toolkit Survey

Attendees of the 2008 Lean and Green Summit learned that the United States Environmental Protection Agency has formed a Lean Initiative. This initiative, with help from industry professionals, led to the development of "The Lean and Environment Toolkit" and “Lean and Energy Toolkit.” The toolkits are designed to apply lean principles and practices to environmental issues, with the goal of eliminating waste.
